Argentine Tango in Winnipeg

Tuesday evenings - at St. Luke's Anglican Church, 130 Nassau Street North (in the upper hall at the back of the church- enter off the parking lot or through the playground off Stradbrook. Parking is available on the north side of the church)

Class from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Taught by Philbert and Irena (Tango Project). Drop-in cost is $8 per person per class or $28 prepaid per month. All levels welcome. Milonga follows from 9:00 to 10:00 pm.

Wednesday evenings - at Patricia's Dance Studio, 20 - 2025 Corydon Avenue.

Tango lessons: 7:00 to 8:30 pm. (new time effective Sept. 8, 2010). Drop-in cost is $10 per person per class. Prepaid cost for 4 weeks is $32 per person. Taught by Wesley Giesbrecht; all levels welcome.
Milonga: from 8:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Cost is $7 per person. No charge if you have paid for the preceding class.

Friday evenings - at Augustine United Church, 109 Pulford Street - different dances, occasionally including tango, featured weekly by the Winnipeg Dance Cooperative.

Time: 8:00 pm to 1:00 am (classes as well as opportunity to practice)
Admission: $5 minimum donation

Sunday mornings - at Patricia's Dance Studio, 20 -2025 Corydon Avenue

Practica from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Cost $5 per person. By appointment only (Wayne).
